TTA PROTECTION

We are members of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), a travel trade association that exists in order to provide you with 100% financial protection. Every penny that you pay us is protected by the Travel Trust Association. Our membership number is U3078.

When you make a payment to us your money is deposited into the Trust Account. A Trust Account is a bank account designated to hold the customers' money.

Your money remains in the Trust Account and is supervised by an appointed Trustee who is either a banker, chartered or certified accountant, or a solicitor. Both the Travel Trust Association members AND the Trustee are required to authorise payments from the Trust Account.

In addition to being held in trust, you also have a financial guarantee from the Travel Trust Association.


TTA will guarantee the financial obligation of its Members up to a maximum any one passenger of £11,000. So if you paid £2,000 we guarantee we will reimburse the loss of the £2,000, where it is not available for you from the Trust Account.

Therefore, the Trust Account plus the guarantee will ensure that all the money which you have paid is safely protected and available to reimburse the money paid.

ATOL PROTECTION

We hold an Air Travel Organiser's License (ATOL) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority and our ATOL number is T7540.

 

All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme.

 

When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels, and other services) is listed on it.

Covid-19 Booking Policy:

 

We are currently offering a flexible booking policy to offer extra protection in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, so you can book with us with confidence.

Should your holiday be cancelled for COVID-19 related reasons (i.e. borders closure, if the trip is cancelled by us, etc), we can carry over your deposit to a later date or refund you. However, we do suggest you also have travel insurance in place anyway, so you are covered in the unlikely event you need to cancel your holiday.

 

COVID-19 News:
 

Update February 2022: Japan has extended the borders' closure until the end of this month. However, the situation is looking brighter with many people vaccinated, and we now believe that travel to Japan should resume back by mid-2022 or earlier.

 

In terms of travelling, prices are very reasonable at the moment and we can offer a lot of great deals. This situation will change as soon as the authorities announce when the borders will reopen as accommodation prices will shoot up. Therefore please do contact us now for a quote and we can fix a very reasonably priced trip once you pay your deposit.
