Japan Optional Tours & Experiences

To begin your calligraphy experience your teacher will tell you about the history of calligraphy and how Kanji (Chinese characters) came to Japan. You will be shown various techniques needed to master calligraphy. You can then choose your favourite Japanese character before being shown how to write it and having a go yourself. You can then sign your best work and take it home to show your family and friends or even display in your own home.

Price per person: £108 (based on 2 or more participants), £150  for one participant.
